CEO and Founder Arli Mujkic: "Goal is always to grow these companies and make them operationally successful and excellent and create shareholder value. And somewhere along the line, there is the idea of an exit. We always have a clear vision from the beginning." Focus is on Software Development, 75 % of the employees are developers and engineers. They develop technology solutions for external customers and for portfolio companies, and the customers pay with cash or with equity.
